Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order if your car blacklisted and cannot renew car road tax due to false status policy.
Make sure you request for cancellation are not longer than 1 days after policy generated. Or you cannot cancel order after renew car roadtax.
Process for refund in 7-14 working days.
There are no cancellation fee if you want cancel policy before 24 hours after policy insurance generated.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Policy to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Your car blacklisted
- Your roadtax cannot renew due to detail mistake.
The following Policy cannot be returned if:
- You completed renew roadtax.
